Safety Management
The safety performance of an organization is often considered as a key indicator for the overall quality of the company. It has also been well documented that a poor safety performance often leads to significant costs (direct or indirect) to a business.
Managing safety performance can be overwhelming for management and is often being neglected or delayed due to conflicting priorities or scarcity of resources. Putting in place an adequate safety management program must always start with defining the expectations of senior management and the organization. Following such, a stepwise program can be established to allow the organization to reach the desired goals.
MCHoude Consulting has over 30 years of safety performance management in many different cultures and environments (including unionized or non-unionized). Our experience is primarily in the area of industrial plants but also extends to off-site safety programs and administrative office safety.
